The service
We search for your personal information on data broker and people-search websites and submit removal requests for you. We cannot guarantee that every broker will comply, how quickly, or that information will never reappear; we re-check regularly and re-submit requests as described on our website.
Your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and only add people who have given you permission (or for whom you are the legal guardian). You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. If our money-back guarantee applies to your plan, request a refund within the stated period after your first payment.
Acceptable use
The free scan and the service may only be used to look up yourself or people who have authorized you. Using it to research other people is prohibited and will result in account termination.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
