What we collect
To find and remove your personal information we collect what you give us: your name, past and current addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, age range and, for family plans, the same details for the people you add with their permission. We also keep records of the removal requests we send for you, the listings we find, account and billing details (card data is handled by our payment processors, not stored by us), and basic technical data such as IP address for security.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide the service: to search data broker and people-search sites, submit opt-out and deletion requests on your behalf, monitor for relisting, check your email addresses against known data breaches, send you alerts and reports, and run your account. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed with the data brokers we ask to delete your data (they need to identify your record), and with service providers that help us operate: payment processors, email delivery, search and breach-lookup providers and, where enabled, AI providers that help match listings and draft requests. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us.
Retention and your rights
Free scan details are deleted automatically after a short period unless you become a member. Member data is kept while your account is active and deleted after you close it, except records we must keep by law. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
